Title: Tamra life boat colours

what colour paint do I use to repaint a Tamar lifeboat please ?
And where is it best to buy the paint.
I will be hand painting not spraying.

I find that Humbrol 18 orange and 15 Midnight Blue are closest to the actual colours.  RNLI colours are Pan No. 144 for orange and Pan No. 281 for blue.  If you are doing a slipway launched version then below the water line is white and Halford Appliance white is a good choice (otherwise red antifouling colour).  Halfords do a VW Bright Orange but for me it is a little to much on the red side of the spectrum.
