Title: Winch motor

I need a new geared motor to power a winch on my tug, it currently has a Zheng 37mm DC gear motor running at 12v at 30 rpm which has lost a terminal for soldiering on the power lead can any body come up with a suggestion for a replacement please.

I use MFA motor with 100 / 1 reduction gearing...
I bought mines in Maplins but can be bought on Flea Bay...

I think I might have fixed it🤞I managed to solder the wire back on.
