Somehow a few of us started debating and speculating how this was made.
( We can't see any seam lines on it anywhere! )

I would imagine that the lettering and such is printed vinyl.

Any fibre glass prepper worth his salt would hide any joints with an appropriate filler and sanded flush and the paint job top notch

probably a multipart mould and the flash sanded down

Looking at the first photo the corners look a little rough and flat in parts hense where the flash has been rubbed down but a little to enthusiastic when doing it.
