Title: waterjet motor recommendations

evening all
recently bought a waterjet from ebay which seems to be a Chinese copy of the graupner 28mm one. can anybody recommend a maximum revolutions for this

I would look for a listing of the item where the seller may have given a specification. Usually any item from China is listed by multiple sellers. Do you really want a guess?
Can you offer any details of the item you bought or better an ebay link?

thanks for prompt reply here is the listing description it states a 3650 brushless but 3900 kv whick seems really high

At what voltage 3s 4s 5s etc?
I think that is 36mm diameter by 50mm long. The KV is revolutions per volt. Are you sure it's not 390KV?


Even 2s 7.4 volts would be 28.860 rpm and much more on a fresh charge

I think those jets do upto 30&k rpm
