Established since 2010, We now sail on part of the main lake itself, Based at the Sailing Club on the Northern shore. We are allowed to sail Electric, including fast electric, sail and Steam. Unfortunately the Councill will NOT permit I/C due to the lake and site being listed under SSSI restrictions. the water level does fluctuate during the season due to CRT drawing water for the canal network, however we are yet, NOT to be able to sail year round, we don't suffer any issues with weed in the water either, or at worst.....very little. Membership includes access and use of the Sail Clubs facilities on site, Liability insurance is a requirement and we can provide via MPBA if you don't already have cover. ;)
