Just to let everyone know
I set up a Trawler resource page about 6 months ago for modelers and folk who like seeing fishing arrangements
It has approximately 130 albums at the moment of real trawler details and a few albums of trawler models.
Just go to photos - see all - all the albums will be there for you to see
Please like, share and visit

Thanks
Chris

Do you have to join*? Usually I groan at seeing FB links and a bit surprised it potentially duplicates Davie Tait's(?) efforts but so far this hasn't given me so much Facebook sign-up grief on viewing as a guest so far. I'm not getting the impassable half page sign-up message so far anyway.
But what is Gillespie Models please though? I know theres someone on on Skye producing allot of R/C fishing boat models via Facebook. Are you a modeller, enthusiast, or company?
*Many of us won't touch Facebook with a bargepole.

It is nothing like Davie Tait's
Albums for each boat contain usually a 100 + pictures full of details to build an accurate model
Trawlerphotos is a great resource, they are not remotely the same.
Gillespie models is all those things you suggested :-))
**** Many of us wont touch facebook with a bargepole ****
I can understand that, however you can set what you see and from whom, sadly " many of us " are actually missing out on great resources and fantastic work from many people

...I haven't suggested anything? Thought I asked a fairly clear question though?

....Ah, got it. A "civil servant". Actually I was defending your Facebook page for once for those of us not wanting to sell our personal data. It's not been that bad to look on so far for me so far, no horrendus join-up messages looking so far.

I know the scare stories, trouble is just using the internet your giving away your personal data.......
There is nothing out there better for staying connected.....but there is a price, propoganda, pictures of meals etc, its worth it imo :-))
