Title: TRAVEL TO DORTMUND SHOW 2020
Post by: JIM WORNER on July 17, 2019, 10:59:47 pm
Does anyone know of a coach trip to the Intermodelbou 2020 show in Dortmund?
Too far for me to drive these days, and I'm not keen on flying.

Then the U-bahn to Westfallenhallen oder taxi.

Given the latest news from Germany |I think the August dates are ambitious. We will see.  :-))

Thanks to all for your information. Sadly my replacement right knee has been kicked into the long grass, probably next year (thank you Wuhan)
so I'm not going to be fit for the show.  For those that go  ENJOY

Even if they Do put the show on in August . The problem for people in the UK is getting there. At the moment non esintial travel is not allowed. So until this is lifted it is impossible to book flights , ferries etc. At least we have just under 4 months so a lot can change between now and then .

Even if you could book I wouldn't want to do so at the moment. Nothing is certain yet.

I'm in touch with the Boat Hall organiser and hope to attend and display if at all possible. If and when I get firm info I will post it here.  :-))

Easy Jet transferred my booking to August at no extra charge, however only received a 50% rebate from the hotel I had booked for this month, so will leave hotel reservations till confirmation that it will actually take place.
