I will point out that I’m nothing to do with this business other than a happy customer for 14 years...
This month is Big Finish Productions 20th anniversary for writing Doctor Who audiobooks and their celebrating story has been released called ‘The Legacy of Time’.
For those not in the know, Big Finish mainly specialise in original Doctor Who series from 1963 to 1996. Recently the BBC have given permission to Big Finish to write canon storylines which means current Doctor Who stories can make reference to them and vice versa. For the last 6 years we have been teased by Big Finish with stories referring to the biggest new Who storylines regarding the Time War. Now for the first time, properly, they are now introducing Paul McGann’s troubled 8th Doctor (not quite the War Doctor) to original series companions and some new Who ones too.
Big Finish have tried to use all original actors but as you will know Jon Pertwee died quite a while back so his nephew is playing him now and it’s really hard to tell the difference!
