A 1m barge is potentially very small on beam, assuming you're looking to r/c. Couple of hulls show as an easy Google search, but longer than 36".  What kind of barge also? Industrial or later?

A 1/12th scale model of a full size narrowboat
would have a beam of 3.5 inches for both working
and pleasure boats.

Edit: That's for a 36" model.

At 36" you are talking 1/24 scale not 1/12.
72x7 ft is full size.

Try looking for a Narrowboat kit as that’s what they’re actually called.
Jerry.
