Title: Ghost sound

hi
There was a Ghost sound in my Kingdon boiler,,so i did this and it is goen,,don it before,,and it works..the sound was there every time the burner turn up

Yes Bernhard........

That Ghost sound lives in many small gas fired burners {-) [size=78%][/size]........you would think after a few hours @ 80 degrees C he would burn away and [size=78%][/size]never to return.......but no....he survives

My new one did this when i fired her up the first time. I quite liked the sound.

Instead of this ghost sound, I would highly and kindly suggest you to add a whistle even on an existing steam plant which has no ferrule for.


Furthermore, the RC valve of the whistle can help you to drop down the steam pressure if needed.
