My name is Peter and I have joined the forum as I have decided to build a model tug boat. My previous model building experience was building a 5 inch live steam loco made from kits from Polly Engineering but wanting a new challenge I have now decided to move to building a boat. On the advice of my model engineering society I have decided to build the Afon Alaw tug kit produced by Mobile Marine Models so any building advice to a newbie to model boat engineering would be appreciated.
