I would say your looking at an ESC around 20 - 50 Amps........ and a Fuse!

Performance:
• Voltage: 12V DC. Reversible by reversing the polarity.
• R.P.M. (no load): 5,100
• Current consumption (no load): 1A
• Current consumption (maximum efficiency): 5.3A
• Current consumption (suggested maximum continuous): 7A
• Current consumption (stalled): 26A

These three would be my go to controllers, assuming a 12v supply. Note that the Action unit will need a stabilized 5v supply to drive the Rx, readily available.

No doubt someone will helpfully suggest the Electronize FR30 unit, they will, as always forget to mention that they are no longer produced! However, if you can find one second hand, add it to the above list, with the same requirement for a 5v supply to the Rx as the Action unit. I have used three out of the four above units with no problems. All come highly recommended.

That would probably be my choice , but my advice would also include a P92 as it comes with a 5v supply flylead to power up your RX , and keep all things nice and tidy , and if you like" bells and whistle" Tugs like me you will find room for a P112 and your power supply worries are done with [ along with a pin connector fitted in the middle  of the P112.    ready  for a voltage / current display which if your  like me it will keep an eye on voltage left / used on items  as you chug around  :-))

Mine is fitted in the Bridge so you don't have to worry as to where to site it where it can be really viewed .......but thats just me .
