As we are all self isolating I hope I thought we could virtually travel the world. But where to? Where's this?
-
Looks like Canada to me.
Colin
-
Aye, but Canada is a big place. :-))
-
I don't think I've been to that bit!
Colin
-
It looks suspiciously like the wet, lumpy part as opposed to the flat, wheaty bit...but then again I might be wrong.... %) Please can we have some more piccies of far-away places?

Yes it's wet and lumpy but also quite famous. I have walked on the water in the winter. Quite eerie.
-
Looks like Lake Louise to me.
-
Taking up Dave's point, a Q&A will last forever so why don't we simply post some of our favourite travel photos with captions for general enjoyment? I'm very happy to share some of mine. Should be some fascinating stuff if the server can cope with it.

That sounds very storage heavy and not really about Model Boats. What does Martin think?

Yes exactly. Where next?
Use the Mayhem picture server. (My bad)

Valid point, will the Picture Saver help Martin? I've forgotten how to get into it.
Yes, on the one hand I agree it's not about Model Boats but Mayhem, rightly or wrongly, is a forum with a high social content which a lot of people do value.

Not too far away this one... It was one of the last vessels to visit this pier before it closed and the whole area was and continues to be redeveloped. It's the colours that do it for me and even those this is a replica ship, it's the complexity of the rigging... Also, it was a wonderful sunny day, something that's been missing for far too long now.
