Hello folks !
I have an engine machined down by a French man (Mr Bertin) a long time ago, but this engine is a copy of real triple expansion from Sweeden.That's all I know! {:-{
The problem is that I don't have a clue of the original one.
If someone have any information on it, I would greatly appreciate.
Thanks.
Best regards.

Very interesting, looks like low pressure cylinder is a slide valve and the other two are piston valves, I will have a search through my archives for you.

Hello!
Thank you Phil!
This type of engine with different types of valves is a classic on marine engines. but this one should look like its grand brother.
Have a nice day!

Bonjour Yves,
You are right, This real steam machine looks like yours and is installed in an US tugboat :

You have a very beautiful model there. I think there were many full size triple expansion engines with the same configuration as your model, so it isn't easy to find the original.
