Produced by "TheSmallShop.com" one of a number of models available. Cheapest was Amazon and arrived at least 6 days earlier than expected.

But what does it actually do. I can't work it out.

OK I think I get it now. Don't think I'll be buying one though, a couple of pairs of pliers will do for the amount of brass I bend.
Mind you they look well made and useful if you are going to use them a lot.

Hi this my is my brass etch bender not cheap but well worth the cost. I have tried over the years using pliers with some success.

I think they are a great system especially if you do lots of modelling using etch or scratch built plate items, but otherwise a pair of parallel action pliers and flat nose pliers do me fine for the amount of metalwork I use.

A miniature box folder, surprised no-one has come up with a press brake yet.  {-)

A few plastic kits with etch additions have had parts pre formed, so certainly the industry has dabbled in presses!
