Title: motor gearbox combo
Post by: ministeve on October 10, 2007, 10:27:37 pm: I'm looking for a good powerfull motor gearbox combo for some tugs both are twin screw one has 50mm props the other has 70mm props. they both will be used for tug towing and thought you guys may be able to help as i usually go big and direct drive as some will know but want to try something new

Post by: Ghost in the shell on October 11, 2007, 12:26:59 am: easier said than done, its the southampton RTR, the gearbox is also the engine mounts, all you see of the motors is the contacts for the wires, and the cogs on the outside.
