Title: Caldercraft 1/32 Imara Instructions
Post by: Kleven on November 15, 2020, 04:53:20 pm
Hi all
I am a new member of this great forum. Thanks for letting me in. One of the main part that i wanted a membership here. Is to learn more about model boat building. I Inherited 3 model boats from my uncle that past away last year. One of the model was caldercraft 1/32 Imara tug boat, great kit i would say, but i am missing the building manual, these 2 big plans i have. I have sent caldercraft mail, but i havent heard anything back from them. I just wondering if one of the members do have a copy in PDF and are willing to send to me so i can start building this model. That would be great.

Have been a model builder for 37years, but not so mutch for the model boat.

Admin: If this is in wrong place or out of order move it or delete it.

More than likely, the contact details are out of date and won't work. That is why phone is better.

Perhaps someone could confirm or PM you details from the current manufacturer.

Kleven,

I did the original review of this kit for model boats magazine in 1989.

I have a PDF of the review. I also have a copy of the instructions which runs to about 20 pages. I can scan this if you are serious about building the model but it may take a few days to get it done.

If you PM me your email adress I can send you the review and then you can confirm whether you want the instruction manual.

It is quite a big project. There is an excellent build log on this site

https://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,57420.0.html

plus several other topics where people have built this kit. Just do a search on the home page for Imara.
