Personally I'd reinforce it internally with patch of light woven carbon cloth  with epoxy laminating resin, having given it a good key to adhere to. I'd then slightly agitate the cracks on the outside with a small drill bit in a dremel, again for adhesion, mask off around the area then fill the cracks with the same epoxy laminating resin *slightly* thinned with methylated spirit. Give it a good sand with 1000 grit plus paper when it's cured (a couple of days, the meths will make it feel waxier than usual), then polish with cutting compound.
Should be a nice easy repair and if done well you'll never notice it

What the Andy said!

Slight addition - first step remove the black marker with alcohol (meths or Iso-propyl alcohol:  not vodka)

Ok I amend my previous statement- step one - clean marker pen with vodka, step two- drink vodka. Proceed as per my previous  %)
