:embarrassed: Hi Folks . maybe I should have said that he is looking for a possible source of a plan or alteration details that were done 67 -70 not 63 as previously stated. Should be same as HMS Eagle. Not asking for a "freebie" here.regards againRayna

Hi Rayna,
May I ask what scale model your friend wishes to build, assuming building is his intention.

Be careful when comparing HMS Ark Royal post re-fit with HMS Eagle. Post refit Ark Royal had water cooled jet blast reflectors, strop catchers on both catapults and was fited with two 'double-bedstead' 965 radars. Eagle did not have the strop catchers and was fitted with a 984 'dustbin' radar forward and 965 aft. The wardroom on Eagle also had the largest Bar in the fleet.

Eagle 1969-71. Ark Royal 1971-72, 73-74, 76-78.
