Bonjour Yves,
I think I have seen this extremely rare boat made by my friend Roy Burton : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtJ5zsxjmY0 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtJ5zsxjmY0)
And there is one almost finished, also built by Roy, currently sold in France by Marc who lives at Nantes : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCUbg6bQr9c (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCUbg6bQr9c)

Hi KBIO,
The boat in your photograph is steam launch 'BAT' built 1891 and resided in Windermere Steam Boat Museum (now renamed 'The Jetty').
The model is one of a limited edition series by the great Keith Townsend of Annan, Dumfriesshire in 1986 to a scale of 1:8,
built to extremely high standards, now collectors items selling for huge amounts of money.
Paul.

Hello !
Thank you all ! ok2
You are right Paul, what you say matches with my investigations. But we don't know all yet !
Keith did sale some kits . A limited series has been built and put on the market.
Roy was one of them who bought (according to him) 6 kits. He is left with one probably on sale soon. A kit being a hull finish & ready to receive the M.Hemmens plant with the Caton II engine.
I do not think that there is any available anymore.
I am going on searching , but I may end up by doing my own ! %)
Let's try to get some more on it.
Thanks again .
Regards.
