Title: 12th scale Speedline Tamar
Post by: bobgrimward on June 23, 2021, 06:17:41 pm
Hi,
I have a older style Tamar and about to start fitting the railings. Does anyone know how or the best way to bend the T section aluminium kickboards so that they follow the the shape of the deck that are supplied with the kit.
Many thanks

I replaced them with brass. flat bar to the deck, then flat bar on end, files to fit shape. soldered together.

The stanchions I made of brass and fitted them through the deck. I can unplug the assemble should it need repairing.
