So...is this not a famous French steam engine & model boat builder??....his name is on the tip of  <*< ......[Daniel Bourard?]

One of his most famous boats [Le-Danties?...Le-Natetles?]].....has a model bicycle on the stern cabin and a twin-cylinder steam plant to marvel at
