hello gents a young lad at our club is wanting to take up model boating but what is a good start up radio for him that wont cost his mum the earth. Regards Howard.

Agree, FlySky FS-i6 is the radio I've used for several years now, great boat radio but have also used to fly aircraft without any problem. I think I paid about £35 for mine, and extra receivers are under ten quid each.


It does everything that a radio costing several hundred pounds could do not so many years ago.
