Can anyone tell me where I can buy this configuration battery with Tamiya connector please..
Seems like Component shop are permanently out of stock for this type as well as 9.6v.

Have you tried the other regular shops? I think I saw Cornwall Model Boats and Howes Models are showing stock, nothing in Modelshop Leeds at moment. Prices were similar region but I didn't pay too much attention to the capacity. Think one of them had a deans connector but you can easily replace or an adapter was only a couple of quid last time I bought.

I got the last 8.4v nimh and 7.2v nimh from Component shop today. Both hump back config.
He searched the workshop shelves and found two for me.
They are having supply difficulties from the far East.
Ebay one had sold out Andy!
Now I can run a couple of boats this week. I find the hump back config particularly suitable for tight spots below decks.
