Anyone know of any source, I am sure I have read all the way through westbournes catalogue...Also has anyone ever seen any real pics of the tsdy "melita" posted on the web.

I am guessing they would be the type of wiper that swings from the top....

Should not be difficult to make up from thin plastic strip. Probably need some pointed tweezers.

Was wanting to make a couple, no plastic handy, but did have some old thread used in leather work. Hmm, little CA to stiffen it, bend it in the right places, little more CA to make it stay bent. Got this small scrap chunks of balsa, ought to make nice motors and pivot points. Look'it that! Dang, that's nice! Now all I have to do is get the other one un-stuck from my lip...

Does anyone know what the *10, *15, or *20 means is it relative to a scale? At these prices I would only like to order what I need for 1/20th and 1/16th scale.

Sirmar and Precision Controlls do them, cast white metal.

bow wave is damm good stuff too, but in my opinion dont bother with the round silicon fenders, the silicon perishes and if you do actually 'use' them as fenders ( imagine that !!!) you will find the silicon section detatches from the top eyelet section, i bought a load of the pink ones for my trawler only to find the first time they get a knock or light touch from another vessel or the dockside the silicon section pops off and drops to the bottom of the lake- so dont waste your money on these, - i have about thirty quids worth sat on the bottom somewhere !!!! - but the other fittings are all very good and hi quality...
as for wipers then i have bought toy cars from charity shops in the past....always a good source for donor parts....
