It is a deep ocean tug. "Bourbon" is the Company name and it has the largest fleet of tugs in France.

I e mailed the builders asking if they release lines plans to modellers, they said no, due to strict confidentiality within the design department abd customers. So, just have to design my own!  O0

Excellent site! The downloads section contains some very useful Product Sheets with basic details and very good illustrations of the various vessels.

Well, seeing as I cant get a linesplan, I have started to design something similat myself - here is the progress so far.
