Title: Water/Ponds in East London/Essex for Fast Electric
Post by: johnukhenry on June 27, 2006, 08:00:55 am
Just getting Fast Electric Boats and I mainly use Water/Ponds/lakes/Sea here in East London and Looe, Cornwall - Does anyone know good Waters around East London ish that would suit Fast Electrics?

Thanks John

I live in Highams Park. The lake at Palmers Green park is big enough but dont see many fast electrics over there. The is the lake at Brentwood which has lots of IC racing, not sure about electric events. Let me know how you get on, I'm toying with something fast.

Brentwood lake used to be on the Electra fast electric racing circuit, not too sure if it is now though.
Cheers,
Ian.

Southend club have a lively group for fast electrics.

Good waters for them too, lousy for subs though (salty water).
