A beautiful model and I agree with Dicky, everyone should be able to enjoy such a model so it is a shame for it to be stuck in the garage.

Get it on the sideboard, I'm sure the Missis will understand!!  ;D

 Hy Ron 1
What a cracking looking tug, I only wish I could get mine to look half as good, the more tugs like that on show, the more inspirational, Excellent

She should be on display in her natural element, back on the water where any fantastic model should be.

Get her wet again!!!!  O0 O0 O0 O0 {-)

oooo yeee Ron, I have been looking all over for pictures of the back end engine room casing, canny model like  O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0

It is always the same, one hunts high and low for pictures of models - half way through the build and someone comes along and says 'Ah, is this what you are looking for'  :D :D {-) {-)

Nice model Ron.

John I hope it helps. The very big fenders I put on was to protect the model, 25 years ago I was told by a very well known editor, No self respecting Captain would have them on the bow and stern, how times change, every tug has them on now. Do you think I was a little before my time, they must have copied me. ron h  O0 O0 ;) ;)

Hi Bluebird, You might have noticed my bridge is slightly different from yours, I was wondering why, till I discovered that CERVIA had been sunk and I think the bridge was changed slightly, I have ladders next to the door up the sde of the bridge, at the back of the bridge the cut back is not as much as yours, had me puzzled.  ;) ;)

Hi there Ron, Im working from Vic Smeed's plans and they are open to negotiation, that is because, where I have seen photographs and your model - it shows two entrances on the rear of the engine room casing, these are not evident on the plan I am working from.  ???

Also, there is no evidence of skylights on the top of the engine room casing, but, on yours and on a photograph I have there is evidence of these.

I think there may be one or two more discrepancies.  ::)   However, for the purpose of the build; I am trying to stick as close to these plans as much as possible.
