Title: Kyosho Jet Stream to leccy ?
Post by: john54 on January 25, 2008, 01:49:34 pm
Hi All
Got a jet stream 800s fitted with a gt 16-mr i.c motor.
Engine mount cracked up again ! & gears striped again >>:-(
Its a half decent hull runs & turns well.
So i was thinking converting her to leccy.
Ideas being 700bb or 850 m.f.a running on 14 cells.
Not expecting the same performance but close will do.
Any ideas ?

Speed 700BB sounds about right to me.
Also get a selection of propellers for testing.

Martin.

How much does your hull weight? Have you also read the other leccy convertion on this site that runs a 700BB.

The one I was on about was my SHG Shadow convertion on Sports, pleasure craft, speed, race etc in the our builds section. However if you do a search of the site you will find many topics on Graupner 700BB turbos also there are lots on different alternatives. O0
