If anyone is building the Metcalf Mouldings kit of MV Crear, I have access to the real ship and can possibly arrange to get some photographs taken.
She is currently berthed in Buckie harbour which is about a 15 min drive from where I live.
She is in a rather "weathered" condition, and certainly not as shiny in reality as she is in the kit reviews!!
If anyone is interested, E-mail me and I'll try to assist where I can.

I've corrected my mistake in the original post!!!

Well they did start off together, then it was the parting of the waves.

that's why I hope I haven't caused any offence.
Apologies to both parties, just in case

I am sure Jackie doesn't mind this time but don't let it happen again ;) ;D

Consider myself chastised.

CK,
What is the actual colour of the hull on M.V. Crear? Thinking of building one. Many thanks. Cheers.
Bill.

It's a rather grubby and rusty blue!!
I'll dig out the photos of the ship and post them on here over the next couple of days.
-
Thanks CK. Would love to have a look. Cheers.

Anyone have any further pics of this model or more pics of the real ship? Seems to be hard to come by. Have seen only one photo of real ship so far. Have viewed Jennos build in a previous post. Interested in buying this semi-kit. Cheers.
