Post by: Sven on July 09, 2006, 02:21:36 pm
Hi all,

in March one guy from Australia asked for more info about Billngs Nordkap. He does it in the old forum of Modelboats.

Does anybody of you know this question and maybe the emailadress, so I can give him some answers, 'cause I prommised him to take some pics of this kind of boat in Danmark during my vacation.

Two of our members in Australia have been making enquiries about the nordkap, I don't know if either one is the one your are after but I am sure they would be very interested....

yes friends, many thks for you answers, but that's the problem ! I promised him to go there and take pics.

I went 2 times to Hanstholm this year, the bigest fishingport of Danmark, but no boats like the Nordkap was in to that time. Only the very very small one, like the litlle brother of Billings Norden. So I went home without any pics this year. Hopefully I will have more luck next year and then of course I will take pics if the Nordkap-class will be in and will show them to all.

The one who I mean, asked or some things on deck what he would like to know what it's for.Maybe ha can put in a pics of this part and I will try to explain.

all the best to you

Sven
