Title: help, resin mistake

I have just made a big screw up.
I was mixing the resin and miss read the mixture proportion.
I did not realise until I noticed that in was not curing, now I have a large hull covered in resin and mat, that is not setting :'(
The instruction says to add 2 to 3 cm of hardener to 10ml not 100ml as I have done.
What can I do if it don`t set, how do I clean it off.
