hi probably gunna get the 1/128 fleetscale bismarck would it run ok with 3 graupner speed 500e motors on 45mm props (p) type 12volt and two 30amp esp,s one controller operating two motors would this work?   12volt 20amp sla battery being used.

Yes it should do, but fit a 25 amp fuse.
Also remember to fit heavy duty wiring from battery to the ESC.
If fitting a battery isolation switch ensure that this is at least 30 amps to carry the current.

Not sure about the lead-acid battery but it will probably act a good tug with that much power.....  or a ski boat!
Mind you, better to have too much power and throttle back than have too little power and get caught out by an angry swan!
Have a look at Graupner Speed500 ECO motors or equivalent, nice smooth slow revving ones!  O0
