ESC for MFA.
« on: April 10, 2008, 09:14:41 pm »

Evening all.

Can someone please tell me what size ESC I should use for a MFA 850 motor running on 12V.

Many thanks,

Paul.

Well, Action do a nice dual ESC which is demonstrated using a pair of MFA-850s :P :P :P

20A rating fused at 15A is probably a good bet - ACTion Condor20 or a P93 with the heatsink tabs from a P94 as a possibility.

Hi Chuffy

The spec says typical current 11amps. I use a 20amp ESC in my Sea Queen with no problems.
