Hi Guys

One of my customers has sent me a query about fitting out this model, which he has inherited and wants to get running for his grandson. He says:

"The launch is an "Elance" Electric Launch from an old Marine Modelling free plan, & is approx 33" long x 5" beam, so it shouldn't need much power. It has a single propellor.
It had a 380 motor in it, but that looks a bit on the big side. There is also a Hunter Systems Type 9 12 volt motor with it which is physically smaller. It doesn't say what current it draws.
I seem to recall that he said the original was powered by a cassette player motor."

Does anyone have any information about this model? 33" x 5" seems a bit large for a cassette motor but too small for a 12v system. Any help would be appreciated both by Bill Isherwood and yours truly.
