Very impressive.

You can buy small scale models of the Breton lighthouses in France. The larger ones even light up. There are some very attractive designs.

Part of the first video shows what in can be like in  the Raz de Sein.  Even in calm weather it can be uncomfortable as this video extract shows. We had caught up with another yacht as we sailed through the Raz a few years ago heading South. Once through the narrow passage it smoothed as you can see.

Me, I'm a landlubber. But that doesn't mean to say I can't appreciate the skills needed to ride them waves - not to mention courage.
Nice video, Don. It's a pity you didn't capture a bit more of that lighthouse at the end.
Talking of which, did anybody see that TV documentary on the building of Bell Rock lighthouse, North of Scotland? It's still standing even today - which is testimony to the sheer brilliance of the designers and the determination of a bunch a locals to build the thing in the first place. Heroes, all of 'em.

Martin, how the heck am I to concentrate on those videos when that flooze on the right of the screen is bent over a tennis net, flashing her butt.
