Now we all get these ruddy phishing emails but, jeez, if they really wanted to con you, you'd think they'd at least get the spelling and grammar checked before they tried to pass themselves off as your bank's IT or Security section! Get a load of this one, left exactly as received, but with the dodgy link removed, of course!

It never ceases to amaze me how people think of these ways to fleece you - and the 'cahone's' to carry it off!

How much could they acheive if they put their creative talents into something legitimate.

Does anybody actually still fall for this, any emails I now get from the bank regardless of which one, I just delete without reading.

If you have an automated system for sending a million emails, you only need one sucker to make it all worth while.  The world is still full of suckers.

You know LB, there are still people who fall for them - and for the lottery wins, the free this and the wonder that. It's the nature of human beings to be greedy enough to think they'll get something for nothing -  sad but that's who these devious bu99ers prey on.

It's often said 'you can't con an honest man' but you can con a gullible one. Bank phising being a case in point.

Constant vigilance is the price of internet banking... or somesuch
