Buoy tender at Exeter Quay?

Seeing maso's very impressive build of "Vliestroom" (working boats subforum) reminded me that when I visited Exeter Quay about a month ago I spotted an old boat/ship which looked to me like a buoy tender or similar vessel (it has a long forward deck with a large crane). Anyone know what this boat is, and its history? I didn't think to take any photos, but you can see it on Google Earth at 50°42'58.77"N, 3°31'45.16"W.

The superstructure is painted a yellow/ochre colour, the hull is black or dark grey. You can see a better view of the vessel on Microsoft Live Maps: link - it's on the right-hand side of the dock, with a small sailing boat moored next to it.

There are a number of other interesting boats moored nearby, including a large sailing barge, and a RNLI lifeboat (not sure which class)

I eventually identified the boat myself after a bit of Google searching -it's the ex-fleet tender "Harlech". I thought it looked familiar - it's rather similar in appearance to the Loyal-class fleet tender available as a kit.

She IS a loyal class 100 ft Fleet tender operated by the RMAS till sold off as this class couldnt meet the new passenger carrying regulations.
She is still just about in the old RMAS livery.

"Model Slipway" (see the Mayhem Traders Directory) do a very nice model of the Loyal Class tender. Lawry includes photos with the kit which shows that livery, which is how I intend finishing mine (when the kit gets its turn to be built, when!).

Roger,
It will be good to see one painted buff and black for a change!!
The correct colour buff is Humbrol No7.
I have even tried the actual ships paint but it looks too yellow on a model.
