Fibreglass hull stretched

I am building a boat with a glassfibre hull...i have to put the wheelhouse above the back ends of the hull..so that the floor sits on top of the sides..however its too wide..i have tried clamping it ..blowing a hot hair dryer ..but as soon as i loosen the clamp the hull goes back too what i started with  [too wide] this is a kit im buliding and im strugling with this one problem at the moment. >:(

who's kit is it? and can you post a picture or two?

Look at my Smit Nederland build.

The hull in that was out of shape and you will see how I got it back.
This may well not be the answer to your problem but it is a guide.
