Does anyone have a drawing for 'Engel' type displacement tanks, or seen such on the Net anywhere?

Thanks...was beginning to wonder if I'd entered the twilight zone on this forum!  ;D

Just bought a decent 2nd hand lathe and was considering doing displacement tanks, the lathe should be able to turm then flat diaphragm  with grooves to displace a given quantity of air, but IM unsure as to how the gear/screw arrangement works inside the dry area of the sub.
Any and all help would be appreciated...Ta!
