Hi Joe.

Are you doing the Hachette Parts build series?

Well, you're certainly jumping in at the deep end!

You need to be planning the position of RC equipment, motors and batteries in the hull as one of the first things to do AFTER fitting the prop shafts and rudders IMO. If you leave it until you've fixed the deck on the hull, you'll find it a lot harder to fit these things due to the restricted access.

You also need to think about access once the deck is fitted and that the holes left by removing the superstructure allows you to get to all the bits and pieces quite easily.

Hi Joseph

Welcome to Mayhem.
Have you thought about doing a build thread?
Lots of people have and have found it a great way to raise questions as they go along, and get them answered. Don't worry about your level of skill, as there are modelers of all skill levels on here all able and willing to share. Many of us watch the build threads with great interest, and we all learn from each other.

Best of luck with the build
