Holiday destination.
« on: July 03, 2008, 09:33:27 am »

Did a last minute booking yesterday, so we are off to Bulgaria, Sunny Beach, on Saturday.

Anyone been recently?
What were your thoughts ?

I know it takes serious time away from building, but sometimes a man has to do what a man has to do to keep STMBO happy (quiet).

Many thanks in advance.

Well.................. Bulgaria.

Sunny Beach is the place to go for sun sea and cold cheap beer.

Everyday was between 25 and 30 degrees last week, the sea temp around 22.

Pint of the local lager at 1 lev (at 2.4 to the £)

Locals are still friendly.

what more could one ask for ?

thoroughly enjoyed the place.

Over 500 hotels to choose from as well.

I'm off to Vancouver Island, Canada in September/Octotober for six weeks to visit my cousin, haven't seen her in thirty years. The plan is that I go over there for six weeks, then she is coming back with me for a further six weeks.

Can't wait...

Cheers,

Rich
