That is a MultiCat.
The be all and do all in harbour vessel, oh yes and coastal passages and anything else they can get a contract for.

Yes, perfect for a scale Springer as long as it has the  (official) Springer breeze-block hull O0  BTW why is there two Plimsol marks on the hull ?

That would make a nice 'scale' Springer though, especially with the working crane.
