it is indeed the Antonov AN225, one of a kind flying, formerly part of the Russian space program, it ws intended to carry Buran on its back, (hence the blister fairings), derived from the Antonov AN124,  by changing the tail to a H tail as opposed to conventional tail, extended span, and lengthening of the fuselage.  it was resurected into life because Air Foyle / Antonov OKB who ran the AN124 were getting calls for transportation of loads that were too big for the 124.

No its not a Schleicher K8 or ASK18. ( or any other Schleicher )

Hint - it was made in the UK  - but with a Germanic influence.

not sure what the black prop thing is, but a northrop F5 / T38 hangs above it.  oh martin, behind the pucara, there is a B.A.C Canberra, early model, identified by the full canopy rather than the off-set fighter style of later variants, and te full length of the Martin B57 American Canberra, (whicg also has longer engine nacelles to accommodate its P&W power plant)
