Ghost, I think it's an Antonov, but I'm not sure which model, possibly an An24.

is an Antonov AN-24B
The AN-24 is the original aircraft in a successful family of twin turboprop civil and military transports. It entered service in 1963 and more than 1100 were built.

its a Polish built PZL-Okecie PZL-101
the PZL 101 is a licenced built yakovlev 12M, and probably has a similar role to the Piper super cub.
