What happens next is that it carries on and ploughs into a line of parked aeroplanes sending debris everywhere.

I think the crash barrier trips the plane up and it ends up with the tail in the air, smashed props and the deck-hand on the right running for clean underwear :o

I believe that was caused by stress, as the starlifters did have major wing stress problems, and was what they were eventually retired for.

Either that or something crashed / landed on it.

Nope! Although stress expatiated the cause... a more basic error was involved.

Naaa..... 61-2778 (cn 300-6004) Tennessee ANG. Aircraft was fueled with the vents to the fuel tanks plugged.
The wing over pressured and blew out. Damage compounded by wing root corrosion.

Pilot folded up the undercarriage?
sparky, c141 has its landing gear located in sponsons on the fuselage, not folding into the wing

Don't challenge a bigger plane, with bigger props to the boarding gate?

Another plane nearby was having a test done on it engines when it started to roll forward and did that. Mythbusters tried that a while back and yes it is true thats what happens when a rotating prop hits another plane.
