Quick Bobnit, the photo was taken at Elvington a dozen years ago during fast taxi runs by this privatly owned aircraft. What happened to this beauty, can she still be fired up?

With all those corrugations I think it is a Wilga from Poland,used as  glider tugs in UK ?

Hey,  That's  a Max Holste Broussard, I think its type number is 152 and from the camo it looks like the one that lives at Duxford

It used to be my competition Pistachio model!  That's indoor, free-flight, rubber power and 8 inch span

Not an Argus  but I'll let you have it, it's actually a Fairchild 24R-46A.

Photo taken at Stibbington, my local parachute centre. My 'Mrs' keeps telling me to have a go....
and to cut costs, she's volunteered, quite readily, to pack the chute herself!  ???

my favorite plan of all time, pity they wer pensioned off, built a matchbox kit of it, according to the litriture could do 0.95 Mach in a shallow dive.

This is the tandem wing Lysander, built as a home defence beach straffer. It has a Delanne type second wing with end plates and a Boulton & Paul four gun turret. So you are right Warspite, it is a modified Lysander
