Great Lakes Model Boat Association

The Great Lakes Model Boat Association is a loose amalgam of clubs
mainly from Southern Ontario, but American clubs are also welcome. A
number of events are run under the GLMBA umbrella by various member
clubs throughout the summer; membership, contacts and schedule can be
found at http://www.metromarine.org/glmba.html. My own club, Golden
Triangle Marine Modellers, hosts an annual GLMBA Highpoint regatta.
The accompanying photos were taken at this year's event, June 15. The
venue is the City of Kitchener City Hall, where every two years we
also host a Model Expo. Photos of the 2005 Model Expo may be found at
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=379498. I shall
submit photos of the 2007 event a little later.

Just a brief clarification, with apologies to Martin for not having made clear, apart from the file names, that these photos represent two events. The earlier ones are as advertised - Highpoint regatta June 15 2008. Ones lower down the page, often with nice labels, are from the June 30 2007 GLMBA Model Expo, also hosted by Golden Triangle Marine Modellers at Kitchener City Hall.
