AH!!!!  retired life get up in the morning about nine look outside if it a great day get dressed and go sailing/boating/submarining..

if its not so nice look at what needs doing and say stuff that it can wait, and go into the workshop and work on models, CHRIST life is hard..

Like it - a lot. Same here but being a SOG (Sad Old Git) I try - emphasise try - to get up about 7 and go for a long walk. This leave plenty of time for modelling and the crossword before I eventually go back to bed. :) :)

Doug, you`ve got my fully comprehension for that lifestyle....- it`s a hard life to decide, what to do first: Crosswords or modeling...

Yes and I'd like to be fit enough to drive it, not to mention lifting 4-5 ft models, for a good few years yet. ;D ;D

Actually Bob is not to far out as a small amount of petrol will make a Diesel run better and with more power but do not put much in, we used to put 5 litres petrol to 800 litres deisel, works well...

You can also substitute alcohol for the petrol.  Although that is a little blasphemous.  Does depend on the form of alcohol, beer does not work well... in IC engines
