Thanks Tom for your efforts. We look forward to some pictures of the Werkschepdag event. Maybe Red Oktober can hitch a ride as cargo on a barge  :-))  Now you have found Mayhem perhaps we can persuade you to visit us more often.  We need some info on events in the Netherlands and some of the great models from another seafaring nation.  BTW the photo-pidgeon made it back OK, just needs it`s eyes cleaned, volcanic ash  <:( :}

Not sure it will get there in time, but let's hope the best.

I'm sure that the only 2 hrs drive from here to Holland would have been no problem at all with my old pedal-bike.
Sorry it didn't work out.

A cracking effort, It would have been classic for it to meet up with Pat, but at least
it has reached  another good base from which to sortie.

Where did I get "OSV" from ?   Is that an offer Tom ?  You got room for a little toy boat ? :-))  How did the Heemskerk event go ?  Got some pics I hope,lots of interest here in tugs, tugging etc.  Did Patmat turn up from USA ?   PKboo (Eugene) has offered to take Red on a Dutch tour if you like, did he find you on Thursday ?

is red october still in deep waters ?- does she still evade naval intelligence ?

is there any log of her future missions for 2010 ?

i may be able to put a mission together later in the year for a trip ' across the pond ' ?

it would seem odd to see red oktober out of the water in place so famous for the kennedy assasination- but hey it might be 'do-able' ?

Well done that man  :-)) and a big THANK YOU  Tom :-)) and the guys and gals who let the little wanderer share the event with Europes elite model ships, an honour indeed.  Hope Leon doesnt try to make it submerge and surface, last bit is the tricky bit. :(( :} :-))    Cologne , hmmm, not too far from Hamburg...... hmmmmm.  Any offers ?
